Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from & Moon. If you're not happy with your items, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. If there's any dispute regarding the refund amount, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@andmoon.com.au. Please indicate which item(s) you'd like to return and the reason for your return.
- Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the parcel securely.
- Drop off your package at your local post office.
- Once we receive your package, we'll promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned with the security tag intact. Returns or exchanges are only possible if the tag hasn't been removed.
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to decide if an item is right for you.
- Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We don't accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- Please don't return items without contacting us first.
- We don't accept packages returned using Cash On Delivery. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customised items
- Underwear and accessories
- For purchases made during promotions where the total discount depends on the order cost (e.g., Buy More, Save More Sale), returns may affect your discount eligibility. Refunds will be recalculated according to promotional terms.
Method of Refund
We'll refund your purchase to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer care team within 5 business days of receiving your item. We'll assist you with the return and refund process.
Responsibility
Returned items are the customer's responsibility until we receive them. Please ensure they're packed properly to avoid any damage during transit. We recommend getting proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. We're not responsible for items returned to us by mistake. If we can locate such items and you'd like them returned, you may need to cover the delivery cost. We cannot refund any tax or duty charged by customs.
